We are in winter here in South Africa and today is the coldest day of the year so far in Johannesburg. It was -2°C (28.4F) this morning and 0°C (32F) when I went for my run.Johannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17588120934444485158noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8399484564041611635.post-27223524860041548372011-06-24T20:22:53.790-07:002011-06-24T20:22:53.790-07:00I feel you on the heat. Sadly the humidity hangs around for quite a while. I chug water all day to keep up with it though.
-Brett
My Running BlogBrett Martinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12046757136477093762noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8399484564041611635.post-50746229440211298912011-06-19T15:41:55.349-07:002011-06-19T15:41:55.349-07:00The decision to cancel the 13.1 Chicago race was a...The decision to cancel the 13.1 Chicago race was an appropriate one and might have saved some lives. I agree. It's awful we had to lose even one runner. The Green Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02319714826599995511noreply@blogger.com
